Title: Assimilation of Series CC Shares with the Company's Shares Already Traded on the Regulated Market

The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on July 28, 2026, the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., “KDPW”) issued a notice stating that 276,044,742 Series CC ordinary bearer shares of the Company will be registered on July 30, 2026 and assimilated with the Company’s shares identified by ISIN code PLENERG00022, which are traded on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.).
As a result, and with reference to the resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as of July 30, 2026, Series AA shares and Series CC shares will be traded under a single ISIN code on the regulated market of the WSE.
