The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that, on 28 July 2026, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") adopted Resolution No. 1121/2026 regarding the admission and introduction to trading on the main market of 276,044,742 Series CC ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 10.92 per share.
At the same time, the WSE Management Board resolved to designate 30 July 2026 as the first trading day of the Series CC shares, provided that the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. – "KDPW") registers these shares and assigns them the same ISIN code as that assigned to the Company's shares already traded on the stock exchange.
Following the assimilation of the Series CC shares with the Company's shares already traded on the regulated market, all Company shares will bear the ISIN code PLENERG00022 and will continue to be traded under the existing ticker symbol "ENG".
