Subject: Notification of a Change in the Shareholding in the Issuer
Legal Basis: Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering.
The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that on 1 July 2026 it received from ORLEN S.A. (the "Shareholder") a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering concerning a change in the Shareholder's holding of the Issuer's shares.
According to the notification, on 1 July 2026 the court registered an increase in ENERGA S.A.'s share capital, as a result of which ORLEN S.A. holds 657,229,931 shares, representing 95.24% of the Issuer's share capital and conferring the right to 802,157,931 votes, which corresponds to 96.06% of the total number of votes at the Issuer.
