Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Group for Q4 2025 and for 2025

The Management Board of Energa S.A. hereby discloses to the public estimated selected financial and operational data of the Energa Group (the “Group”) for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for 2025.

Estimated selected data for Q4 2025:

• Group revenues: PLN 5,804 million (vs. PLN 5,923 million in Q4 2024),
• Group EBITDA: PLN 957 million (vs. PLN 542 million in Q4 2024),
• Group operating profit (EBIT): PLN 556 million (vs. PLN -433 million in Q4 2024),
• Group net profit: PLN 333 million (vs. PLN -643 million in Q4 2024),
• Capital expenditures: PLN 2,262 million (vs. PLN 2,005 million in Q4 2024),
• Electricity distribution: 6,094 GWh (vs. 5,810 GWh in Q4 2024),
• Gross electricity generation: 954 GWh (vs. 692 GWh in Q4 2024),
• Retail electricity sales: 4,726 GWh (vs. 4,382 GWh in Q4 2024).

The Energa Group generated EBITDA (operating profit increased by depreciation and amortization as well as impairment losses on non-financial fixed assets) of PLN 957 million in Q4 2025. This result was mainly driven by the performance of the following Business Lines: Distribution – PLN 819 million, New Energy – PLN 137 million, Conventional Generation – PLN 52 million, Heat – PLN 12 million, while the Retail Business Line recorded PLN -71 million.

Estimated selected data for 2025:

• Group revenues: PLN 21,741 million (vs. PLN 22,753 million in 2024),
• Group EBITDA: PLN 4,108 million (vs. PLN 3,347 million in 2024),
• Group operating profit (EBIT): PLN 2,627 million (vs. PLN 1,434 million in 2024),
• Group net profit: PLN 1,502 million (vs. PLN 268 million in 2024),
• Capital expenditures: PLN 5,609 million (vs. PLN 5,062 million in 2024),
• Electricity distribution: 23,119 GWh (vs. 22,702 GWh in 2024),
• Gross electricity generation: 3,353 GWh (vs. 2,698 GWh in 2024),
• Retail electricity sales: 17,211 GWh (vs. 16,726 GWh in 2024).

The Energa Group’s EBITDA for 2025 amounted to PLN 4,108 million, of which the Distribution Business Line generated PLN 3,260 million, the New Energy Business Line PLN 461 million, the Conventional Generation Business Line PLN 188 million, the Heat Business Line PLN 43 million, and the Retail Business Line PLN 113 million.

The presented data are estimates and are subject to audit; therefore, they may change. The final financial and operational results of the Energa Group for Q4 2025 and for 2025 will be presented in the consolidated financial statements of the Energa Group for 2025.
