Subject: Information on Subscriptions for Series CC Shares Exercised Under Pre-Emption Rights

The Management Board of Energa S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 9 June 2026 it received from the National Depository for Securities a “Report on Accepted Basic and Additional Subscriptions,” containing information on the number of shares for which unspecified shareholders of the Company subscribed for series CC shares in the exercise of their pre-emptive rights and under additional subscriptions.
According to the received information, shareholders submitted basic subscriptions for 266,876,571 series CC shares and additional subscriptions for 10,866,579 series CC shares. In total, subscriptions were submitted for 277,743,150 shares, i.e., 1,698,408 more than the number of series CC shares offered; therefore, the additional subscriptions will be subject to reduction. The allocation of shares will be carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the Information Document prepared for the purposes of the public offering of series CC shares.
