With reference to Current Report No. 28/2026, following consultations with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of Energa S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby provides an updated timetable for the issue of Series CC shares:
Record date (pre-emptive rights): 4 May 2026
Commencement of subscription for shares: 12 May 2026
Expected commencement of trading in pre-emptive rights: 18 May 2026
End of trading in pre-emptive rights: 27 May 2026
End of subscription for shares: 1 June 2026
Share allocation date: 11 June 2026
