The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the Company received from the Regional Court in Gdańsk, 9th Commercial Division, a copy of the statement of claim for the repeal of the resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Energa SA on 4 September 2025 on the amending the rules for determining the remuneration of Members of the Management Board of ENERGA Spółka Akcyjna.
The Company does not agree with the statement of claim and will submit a statement of defence within the time limit set by the Regional Court in Gdansk.
