Subject: Notification on a change in the shareholding of the Issuer
Legal basis: Article 70 item 1 of the Act on Public Offering.
The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that on 31 March 2026 it received from ORLEN S.A. (the "Shareholder") a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 section 1 and Article 69 section 2 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering, concerning a change in the shareholding of the Issuer.
According to the content of the notification, on 30 March 2026 ORLEN S.A. acquired 32,627 shares of the Issuer. As a result of the settlement of the transaction, ORLEN S.A. holds 382,106,796 shares, representing 92.281% of the Issuer's share capital and carrying 527,034,796 votes, which corresponds to 94.283% of the total number of votes.
