The Management Board of Energa S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 30 March 2026 the Company received a request from the majority shareholder, ORLEN S.A., containing amended draft resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENERGA S.A. convened for 2 April 2026. These amended drafts will replace the draft resolutions submitted together with the Shareholder's request dated 25 February 2026.
The shareholder's request together with the amended draft resolutions is published on Energa website. The only legally binding version is the Polish original.
