Subject: Recalculation of provisions for onerous contracts at Energa Obrót

In reference to current report 53/2025, the Management Board of Energa SA (the "Issuer") announces that in consultation with the statutory auditor, the subsidiary Energa Obrót SA recalculation of the impact of onerous contracts on its financial result, taking into account:
- settlements with prosumers,
- the level of electricity tariffs for the years 2024-2026,
- accounting methods used for the above items.
As a result of this assessment, it was necessary to adjust the opening balance for 2025 and to create provisions for onerous contracts in the amount of PLN 140 million, as well as to increase the level of the provision as of 31 December 2025 to PLN 304.1 million. Consequently, in the financial statements for 2025, the net effect of the above changes will bring down the 2025 result by PLN 29 million.
The adjustments are non-cash, result from an update of the methodology and the application of the prudence principle, and do not affect cash flows.
