The Management Board of Energa SA (“the Company”) informs you that:
- Mr Ireneusz Jan Fąfara made, on 25 February 2026 at 4:40 pm, a statement of resignation from the Supervisory Board of Energa and from the office of the Chairperson of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The statement was made without giving a reason for resignation.
- Mr Sławomir Wiktor Staszak made, on 25 February 2026 at 4:50 pm, a statement of resignation from the Supervisory Board of Energa and from the office of the Member and Deputy Chairperson of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The statement was made without giving a reason for resignation.
- On 25 February 2026, ORLEN S.A., as the majority shareholder of the Company, pursuant to Article 385 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies as well as § 17(3) and § 18(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association, made a statement regarding a change in the function performed by Ms Renata Agnieszka Rosiak on the Supervisory Board of Energa SA, entrusting her with the office of Chairperson of the Company’s Supervisory Board as of 26 February 2026.
