Subject: Moody's affirmed Energa SA's rating

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company", "Issuer") informs that, on January 22, 2026 the rating agency Moody's ("Agency", "Moody's") maintained the Company's Long-Term Issuer Ratings - Domestic Currency at the level "Baa1" with a stable outlook and other ratings that are associated with the Issuer.
The Agency pointed out that the Company's ratings are supported by their low business risk profile, given that the majority of Energa Group's earnings stems from regulated electricity distribution grid activities. It is further supported by the revenues from capacity payments and the Issuer's close integration with its higher rated parent company ORLEN S.A. (A3 stable).
Simultaneously Moody's adds that the Company's ratings are constrained by, among others, the higher business risk profile of the Group's power generation and energy supply businesses as well as execution risks related to its sizeable investment program over the next few years, including CCGTs.
