On 8 December 2025, Energa-Operator S.A. (the "Company"), a subsidiary of Energa S.A. (the "Issuer"), received information that the Management Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management ("NFOŚiGW") adopted a resolution today regarding the granting of funding in the form of a subsidy under the Priority Programme "Construction or Modernisation of Electricity Distribution Networks in Rural Areas to Enable the Connection of New Renewable Energy Sources," implemented as part of the Poland's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (REPower EU component).
The Energa-Operator S.A. project entitled "Development of Smart Power Infrastructure within Energa-Operator S.A. to Strengthen Energy Security and Increase the Connection Capacity for Renewable Energy Sources" is applying for funding of up to PLN 470.9 million.
The disbursement of the funding requires the conclusion of an agreement by both partiesafter obtaining the necessary corporate approvals, including a resolution of the Supervisory Board of NFOŚiGW. The Issuer will provide updates should any of the anticipated corporate steps fail to be completed.
