The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 1 December 2025, the Company received a notification about the purchase of Energa SA shares by ORLEN S.A. i.e. a person closely associated with Mr. Ireneusz Fąfara, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA and Mr. Sławomir Staszak, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA.
