The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 12 November 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution to entrust the duties of the President of the Management Board of Energa SA to Ms. Magdalena Kamińska, Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA for Finance until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board of the Company.
