Subject: Signing of agreement with the General Contractor for the construction of the CCGT power plant in Gdańsk

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Issuer") informs that on 15 September 2025, the Issuer's subsidiary CCGT Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. ("Company"), signed the agreement with the consortium of Polimex Mostostal S.A., Siemens Energy Global GmbH _ Co.KG and Siemens Energy Sp. z o.o. (together "General Contractor") for the design and construction of approximately 561 MWe net gas-fired combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant in Gdańsk ("Project") for an estimated amount of approx. PLN 3 billion.

The planned power plant will be designed and constructed by the General Contractor as a single-shaft unit: with one gas turbine, a recovery boiler, a condensing steam turbine unit and a wet fan cooler. The Project will be performed on a "turnkey" basis, covering the performance of all works including, but not limited to, design, obtaining selected administrative decisions on behalf of the contracting party, deliveries, civil works, assembly, staff training, trial run, test run, commissioning of the power plant and provision of warranty services in the period following commissioning of the power plant. The schedule for the implementation of the Project provides for the commencement of construction works in 2025, and the commissioning of the power plant in 2029.

Along with the above-mentioned agreement, the Company concluded the long-term contract with Siemens Energy Sp. z o.o. for the provision of maintenance services for the CCGT power plant in Gdańsk (up to a maximum of 20 years from the date of commissioning the power plant).

In July 2025, the Company concluded a 17-year contract with the Transmission System Operator within the capacity market with a capacity obligation in the amount of 525.224 MW, with the first year of delivery in 2029. The total expected revenues of the Company from this contract during its term may amount to approx. PLN 4.8 billion.
