With reference to the current report no. 29/2025 dated 8 August 2025 on announcement of convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of Energa SA ("EGM") for 4 September 2025, the Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that due to an obvious typographical mistake, the title of the report incorrectly indicates the date of convening the EGM - it should be 4 September 2025, not 4 September 2024. The content of the report remains unchanged.
