Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Group for H1 and Q2 2025

The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selected financial and operational data of the Energa Group ("Group") for the first half of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2025.

Selected data for H1 2025:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 10,908 million (vs. PLN 11,606 million in H1 2024),

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 2,174 million (vs. PLN 2,125 million in H1 2024),

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 1,464 million (vs. PLN 1,506 million in H1 2024),

Net result of the Group: PLN 843 million (vs. PLN 833 million in H1 2024),

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,944 million (vs. PLN 1,916 million in H1 2024),

Distribution of electricity: 11 647 GWh (vs. 11,476 GWh in H1 2024),

Gross production of electricity: 1,634 GWh (vs. 1,456 GWh in H1 2024),

Retail sales of electricity: 8,544 GWh (vs. 8,421 GWh in H1 2024).

In H1 2025, the Energa Group generated PLN 2,174 million in EBITDA (operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financial non-current assets). This result was mainly influenced by the results of the Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 1,635 million.

Selected data for Q2 2025:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 4,972 million (vs. PLN 5,352 million in Q2 2024),

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,010 million (vs. PLN 1,038 million in Q2 2024),

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 648 million (vs. PLN 726 million in Q2 2024),

Net result of the Group: PLN 359 million (vs. PLN 402 million in Q2 2024),

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,198 million (vs. PLN 1,157 million in Q2 2024),

Distribution of electricity: 5,489 GWh (vs. 5,371 GWh in Q2 2024),

Gross production of electricity: 768 GWh (vs. 586 GWh in Q2 2024),

Retail sales of electricity: 3,890 GWh (vs. 3,816 GWh in Q2 2024).

In Q2 2025, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to 1,010, of which the largest amount (PLN 670 million) was generated by the Distribution Business Line.

The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by the auditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operational data of the Energa Group for H1 2025 and for Q2 2025 will be presented in the consolidated financial statements of Energa Group for H1 2025.
