Following the current report No. 25/2025 dated 17 July 2025, the Management Board of Energa SA ("Issuer") announces that on 18 July 2025 Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. published preliminary results of the capacity market catch-up auction for 2029 ("catch-up auction"), including the closing price for the catch-up auction which is 534.09 PLN/kW/year.

The Energa Group companies concluded capacity agreements for:

1) 150.300 MW for Demand Side Response units (with a 1 year capacity contract),

2) 1 078.378 MW for new units (with a 17 years capacity contract).

The total revenues of the Energa Group in the year 2029 from the above-mentioned contracts may amount to ca. PLN 656.22 million.

With regard to the above mentioned long-term contracts, the Issuer informs that the expected annual revenues, starting from year 2029, may amount to at least PLN 575.95 million (total revenues over the period of 17 years may amount to at least PLN 9 791.17 million) for new units, whereas the price of the capacity obligation for long-term capacity contracts will be subject to an annual indexation of the average annual consumer price index.

The total value of the Energa Group capacity obligations for 2029 delivery resulting from the above-mentioned contracts and long term contracts from previous auctions is 3 162.566 MW.

The auction closing price provided does not constitute the final market catch-up auction result. The final results of the capacity auction shall be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public Information Bulletin on his website, on the first working day following the 21st day after the end of the capacity auction. Until then, all capacity contracts are concluded under the condition precedent.

Only if the final catch-up auction results differ from the interim results, will the Issuer publicly announce adjusted data.
