The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 31 May 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution to entrust the duties of the President of the Management Board of Energa SA to Mr. Sławomir Staszak, Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA, until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board of the Company.
