The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 19 April 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed the following persons to the Company's Management Board of the 7th term of office as of 20 April 2024:
- Mr. Roman Szyszko for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board,
- Mr. Sławomir Staszak for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board.
Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of Energa SA required by the law will be provided in a separate current report at a later date.
