Subject: Changes in the Management Board of Energa SA

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 25 March 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the resolutions to dismiss as of 25 March 2024 Ms. Zofia Paryła, performing the function of the President of the Management Board of Energa SA and Mr. Janusz Szurski, performing the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA for Corporate Affairs, from the composition of the Management Board of the Company of the 7th term of office.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution to entrust the duties of the President of the Management Board Energa SA to Mr. Michał Perlik, Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA for Finance and Climate, until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board of the Company.
