Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) announces the publication dates of Energa Capital Group's periodic reports in 2024:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - 23 May 2024,
- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - 14 November 2024.
2. The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024 containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financial statements - 22 August 2024.
3. Annual reports:- Standalone annual report for 2023 - 25 April 2024.
- Consolidated annual report for 2023 - 25 April 2024.
At the same time the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state ("Regulation"), it will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Energa Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statements and quarterly financial information.
Moreover, the Company informs that, pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone half year report pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation, either.
