The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company ("OGM") held on 15 June 2023 was PKN ORLEN S.A., entitled to 521,416,640 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 99.41% of the votes taking part in the OGM and constituted 93.28% of the total number of votes in the Company.
