Subject: Assessment of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA on the motion regarding distribution of the Company's net profit for 2022
Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 11 May 2023 the Company's Supervisory Board positively assessed the Company Management Board's motion to the General Meeting of Energa SA ("GM") on transferring the Company's net profit for 2022 in the amount of PLN 49,875,171.18 to increase the supplementary capital.
The Management Board's motion along with the assessment of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the GM, which will make the final decision on distribution of the Company's net profit for 2022.
