Subject: Statement of claim for the repeal of the resolution of Energa SA's General Meeting
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offerings - current and periodic information
The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 5 August 2022 the Company received the shareholders' statement of claim for the repeal of the resolution No. 5 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 20 May 2022 on the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2021 and allocation of this profit in full to the reserve capital. The statement of claim was sent by the Regional Court in Gdańsk, 9th Commercial Division.
The Company does not agree with the statement of claim and will submit a statement of defence within the time limit and in the manner prescribed by the applicable legal regulations.
