Subject: Assessment of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA on the motion regarding distribution of the Company's net profit for 2021

The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 21 April 2022 the Company's Supervisory Board positively assessed the Company Management Board's motion to the General Meeting of Energa SA ("GM") on transferring the entire Company's net profit for 2021 in the amount of PLN 210 million to the reserve capital.
The Management Board's motion along with the assessment of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the GM, which will make the final decision on distribution of the Company's net profit for 2021.
