The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 7 April 2022, Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak submitted her resignation form the functions of the President of the Company's Management Board and the Member of the Company's Management Board, effective as of the end of 8 April 2022.
The reason for the resignation is appointing Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak for the function of the President of the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A.
