Subject: Extending the validity of the letter of intent regarding the CCGT in Gdańsk
Legal basis: Article 17(1) MAR - inside information.
With reference to the current report No. 75/2020 of 2 November 2020, the Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 29 December 2021 there has been signed an annex to a letter of intent between the Company, PKN ORLEN S.A. and LOTOS Group S.A. ("Parties") regarding the analysis of possibilities and possible conditions of common investment in the construction of a gas-steam power plant in Gdansk ("Annex").
According to the Annex, the above mentioned letter of intent binds the Parties by the time the certain agreements are concluded, however not later than 31 December 2022.
