Subject: Assessment of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA on the motion regarding covering the net loss for 2020 from the reserve capital

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 17 May 2021 the Company's Supervisory Board positively assessed the Company Management Board's motion to the General Meeting of Energa SA ("GM") on covering the Company's net loss of PLN 197 000 000 for the year 2020 from the reserve capital.
The Management Board's motion along with the assessment of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the GM, which will make the final decision on covering of the Company's net loss for 2020.
