Change of the annual reports for 2020 publication date

Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings - current and periodic information

With regard to the current report No. 3/2021 of 29 January 2021, the Management Board of Energa SA announces that the Consolidated annual report of Energa Group for 2020 and the Standalone annual report of Energa SA for 2020, originally scheduled for disclosure on 15 March 2021, will be published on 1 April 2021.
