Subject: Appointment of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA Members
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Energa SA („Company") informs that on 1 December 2020 the majority shareholder of the Company, PKN ORLEN S.A., submitted statements informing that - pursuant to Article 385 § 2 of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies and § 17 section 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association - on 1 December 2020 it appointed the following persons to the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 6th joint term of office:
- Ms. Marta Marchewicz,
- Mr. Michał Marek Róg.
Mr. Michał Marek Róg will perform a function in the Company’s Supervisory Board without remuneration.
Information on the new appointed Members of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA required by the law will be provided in a separate current report at a later date.
