The Management Board of Energa SA (”Company”) informs that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (“EGM”) held on 29 October 2020 was PKN ORLEN S.A, entitled to 476,241,082 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 95.70% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted 85.20% of the total number of votes in the Company.
