In reference to the current report No. 37/2017 of 11 September 2017, the Management Board of Energa SA informs that on 8 May 2020 it received information that its subsidiary Energa Obrót SA and one of the contractors sued by Energa Obrót SA, amicably resolved all disputes regarding the framework agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates.

Cooperation on the basis of an agreement questioned by Energa Obrót SA, parties of the settlement, recognized as definitively completed.

The conditions under which the settlement was concluded are neutral for the financial result of Energa Obrót SA.

This is the eight settlement between Energa Obrót SA and the sued wind farms. The total capacity of the facilities affected by the settlements constitutes about 59% of the total installed capacity of all defendants of wind farms.
