The Management Board of Energa SA (“Company”) upon request of entitled shareholder – State Treasury – in connection with the growing threat arising from the Coronavirus epidemic (SARS-CoV-2) cancels the Extraordinary General Meeting of Energa SA convened at 12 p.m. on 8th April 2020 in the seat of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie SA at ul. Książęca 4, Forum Room.
