Management Board of Energa S.A. (“The Issuer”) informs that on 27 of February 2020 it adopted a resolution regarding the commencement of a process aimed at verifying the available strategic options, including in-depth market reconnaissance and submitting to external entities to determine the interest in potential strategic partnership, or the purchase of special purpose vehicles of the Issuer implementing projects involving the construction of gas-fired power plants ( CCGT) located in Gdańsk and Grudziadz: CCGT Gdańsk sp. z.o.o and CCGT Grudziądz sp.z o.o.
