Title: Changes in the Management Board of Energa SA
Legal Basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Energa SA (the "Company") informs that, on December 13, 2019 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted the resolution to appoint as of December 17, 2019 the following persons to the Management Board of the 6th term of office of Energa SA:
- Jacek Goliński, for the function of President of the Management Board,
- Adrianna Sikorska, for the function of Vice President of the Management Board for Communication;
Following the changes in its composition, the Company’s Management Board is currently composed as follows:
- Jacek Goliński President of the Management Board,
- Jacek Kościelniak Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance,
- Grzegorz Ksepko Vice President of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs,
- Adrianna Sikorska Vice President of the Management Board for Communication,
- Dominik Wadecki Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations.
Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of Energa SA required by the law will be provided in a separate current report at a later date.
