Subject:  The decision to settle all disputes regarding the invalidity of the agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates of origin between Energa Obrót SA and yet one of the sued wind farms amicably

In reference to current report No 37/2017 of 11 September 2017, the Management Board of ENERGA SA informs that on 22nd of July 2019 it received information that its subsidiary Energa Obrót SA and one of the 22 wind farms sued by Energa - Obrót S.A.  has settled all disputes regarding the agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates of origin amicably.

Cooperation on the basis of an agreement questioned by Energa-Obrót S.A., parties of the settlement, recognized as definitively completed.

The conditions under which the settlement was concluded, are neutral  for Energa - Obrót S.A.  and do not significantly affect its financial result.

This is the sixth settlement between Energa Obrót SA and the sued wind farms. The total capacity of the facilities affected by the settlements constitutes about 44% of the total installed capacity of all defendants of wind farms.
