Subject: Discontinuation of proceedings as a result of the withdrawal of the claim for the reversal of resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Energa SA
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 clause 2 of the Public Offer Act – current and periodic information
With reference to current reports No. 40/2018 of 10 August 2018 and No. 48/2018 of 23 November 2018, the Management Board of Energa SA (the “Company”) informs that today the Regional Court in Gdańsk issued a decision to discontinue proceedings regarding the Shareholder claim (“Claimant”) against Energa SA for reversal of the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted on 27 June 2018.
The proceedings were discontinued in connection with the withdrawal of the claim and waiver of claims covered by the abovementioned proceedings by the Claimant.
