Regarding: The decision to settle all disputes regarding the invalidity of the agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates of origin between Energa Obrót SA and yet one of the sued wind farms amicably

In reference to current report No 37/2017 of 11 September 2017, the Management Board of ENERGA SA informs that on 12th of June 2019 it received information that its subsidiary Energa Obrót SA and one of the 22 wind farms sued by Energa Obrót SA (the “Parties”) has settled all disputes regarding the agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates of origin amicably.
The Parties continue their cooperation regarding the sale of property rights under a new agreement.
The conditions under which the settlement was concluded, are satisfactory for Parties and have a neutral impact on the financial result of Energa Obrót SA.
This is the fourth settlement between Energa Obrót SA and the sued wind farms. The total capacity of the facilities affected by the settlements constitutes about 35% of the total installed capacity of all defendants of wind farms.
