The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby issues a correction of Current Report No. 49/2018 of 5 December 2018 regarding results of the capacity market auction for 2022 for entities belonging to the ENERGA Group.
The reason for the correction is lack of the last paragraph in polish version of the report:
The above capacity obligations are not the final results of the capacity auction. The final results of the capacity auction shall be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public Information Bulletin on his website, on the first working day following the 21st day after the end of the capacity auction. Until then, all contracts of sale of capacity obligations are conditional.
