The Management Board of ENERGA SA (the "Company") informs that in connection with the dismissal of Mr. Arkadiusz Siwko from the position of the President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA on July 31, 2018, The Management Board adopted a resolution to entrust Ms. Alicja Barbara Klimiuk with discharging the duties of the Company’s President of the Management Board.
On July 31, 2018 the Supervisory Board accepted the decision to entrust Ms. Alicja Barbara Klimiuk, Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations to discharge the duties of the President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA.
