Selection of an auditor for the years 2019-2021

Following the procedure, which included the recommendation of the Audit Committee, on 29 June 2018 the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA selected the authorized entity KPMG Audyt Sp. Z o.o. (“KPMG”) as the statutory auditor to audit and review the financial statements and consolidated financial statements of ENERGA SA and the ENERGA Group for the years 2019-2021.

KPMG is registered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors under file number 3546.
