Subject: Awards in three arbitration proceedings to establish the non-existence of legal relationships under contracts of sale of property rights from the certificates of origin

With reference to Current Report No. 37/2017 dated 11 September 2017, the Management Board of ENERGA S.A. reports that on 8 June 2018 it was advised that in three arbitration proceedings to establish the non-existence of legal relationships purported to arise from the contracts of sale of property rights arising from the certificates of origin, the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw had issued partial awards dismissing the claims of Energa-Obrót S.A.
The Company is in the process of analysing the potential impact on financial results which, once assessed, will be promptly communicated by the Issuer in a separate current report.
