Legal Basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) has received information that on 6 October 2017, the District Court Gdańsk North, the 7th Economic Division of the National Court Register registered amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by resolutions nos. 31-37 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 26 June 2017.
The amendments made to the Articles of Association in those resolutions were published in the Current Report No. 27/2017 of 13 June 2017. The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association incorporating the amendments forms an attachment to this report.
