The Management Board of ENERGA SA („Company") reports that on 10 February 2017 the Supervisory Board appointed the following persons to the Management Board for the 5th term:

1. Daniel Obajtek, for the function of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA, as of
   2 March 2017
2. Jacek Kościelniak, for the function of Vice President for Financial Matters (CFO) of the Management Board of ENERGA SA, as of 11 February 2017
3. Alicja Barbara Klimiuk, for the function of Vice President for Operational Matters of the Management Board of ENERGA SA, as of 1 March 2017

Simultaneously Mr. Jacek Kościelniak tendered his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA as of 10 February 2017.
