The Management Board of ENERGA SA („Company") reports that on 17 January 2017 the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board:
- Dariusz Kaśków, performing the function of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA;
- Mariusz Rędaszka, performing the function of Vice President for Financial Matters of the Management Board of ENERGA SA;
- Przemysław Piesiewicz, performing the function of Vice President for Strategy Development Matters of the Management Board of ENERGA SA.
Simultaneously on 17 January 2017 the Supervisory Board seconded the member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Jacek Kościelniak to perform temporarily the duties of the Company’s Management Board Member for a period of up to 3 months from the date of his secondment. Mr. Jacek Kościelniak will hold the position of President of the Management Board. Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board required by the law will was provided in the current report no. 1/2017.
The resolutions come into force on the date of adoption.
