Issuer’s market maker for Energa SA stock

1 November 2016 is the first day of Energa SA’s cooperation with Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. in the role of the issuer’s market maker for Energa SA’s stock listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The efforts of the market maker, thanks to its familiarity with the market and involvement of its own capital, will provide additional liquidity to Energa SA’s stock through the placement of own buy and sell orders. The higher the liquidity of a stock, the better the situation for investors. The agreement for the conduct of activities aimed at providing current liquidity will improve the quality of trade in Energa SA’s stock.
