The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") announces that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 24 June 2016 was the State Treasury, entitled to 358,254,317 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 87.76% of the votes taking part in the AGM and constituted 64.09% of the total number of the Company's shares.
