The Management Board of ENERGA SA (”Company”) announces that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 24 June 2016 was the State Treasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 87.76% of the votes taking part in the AGM and constituted 64.09% of the total number of the Company’s shares.
